Yes, we offer full OEM/ODM customization. You can specify platform dimensions, foam density, tube color, and branding. Typical lead time for custom runs is 20–30 days after sample approval.

5. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We provide 2 free samples for qualified buyers (you pay shipping). The sample cost is refundable upon first bulk order. Samples are shipped within 3–5 working days.

6. What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For any quality issues, we replace the defective units at no cost, and we cover the return freight. Our after-sales team responds within 12 hours.

7. How do you ensure consistent quality across large orders?

We follow a 3-stage QC process: incoming material inspection, in-process quality check, and final random sampling (AQL 2.5). Each batch is traceable by serial number. We also provide inspection photos/videos before shipment.
